Do you ship items? How can I get my order?

Shipping is available for a flat rate for Canadian and US shoppers. International shoppers may see varied rates.

Buyers outside of Canada, you are responsible for any customs or duties costs that pop up. These are assigned by your local government and Haylmade has no ability to control these costs.

Local to Calgary? You can select local delivery at checkout.

I'm local to Calgary, can I pickup my order?

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your item with detailed photos of the damage and any packaging materials. I will happily work out any refund/exchange at that point.

After 24 hours of receipt, no refunds/exchanges will be given due to damage.

When will I get my order?

One-of-a-kind items ship within 24-48 hours. Delivery times are dependent on the postal carrier and will vary based on location. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Items that are marked as custom or made to order have varying delivery times.

Pottery, from start to finish, can take upwards of 6+ weeks to finish. As it is an entirely handmade process, please take this into consideration.

How do I care for my pottery?

To ensure longevity of your items, it's recommended that you handwash only. However, it's totally okay to put them in the dishwasher (it's what I do).

Items are also microwave safe, but please be careful when removing them as they may be hot.

Items that have gold lustre on them are not dishwasher and microwave safe. These must be handwashed.

Why are no two pieces the same?

This is the beauty of pottery! As everything is handmade, no two pieces will be alike. Each lump and bump comes from a humans hands creating from start to finish. As such, your piece will be unique! <3
